1973 - Maliyakkal Construction Company is founded
A family-led venture begins with a vision to build reliable, purpose-driven infrastructure in Kerala.
1985 - First major government contract awarded
Successfully completes civil works for a public sector project, establishing early credibility.
1998 - Expansion into regional institutional projects
Takes on schools and colleges across Malappuram, strengthening educational infrastructure and growth.
2010 - Diversification into major large scale infrastructure
Begins executing multi-crore water supply, pipeline, and residential rehabilitation projects.
