Jal Jeevan Mission - Maniyur
The project scope includes providing comprehensive water supply infrastructure for the entire Maniyur village. It involves connecting over 7,200 homes with a reliable piped water system, laying more than 210 kilometers of underground pipeline across varied terrain, and constructing a 1.5 million-liter capacity overhead water tank. Designed under the Jal Jeevan Mission, this initiative aims to ensure sustainable access to clean drinking water for every household, enhancing public health and improving the quality of life in the region.
Punergeham Project
The project involves the construction of modern residential flats designed to provide safe, comfortable, and dignified housing for 80 fishermen and their families. It will consist of twin buildings with a ground floor plus four additional floors (G+4), covering a total built-up area of over 52,000 square feet in West Hill, Calicut. The flats will offer well-planned, functional living spaces that promote community living while addressing the unique needs of the residents. Located close to the coastal belt, the project aims to uplift the local fishing community by providing secure homes near their traditional livelihood. Alongside the residential units.
